The Trends screen provides insight into the growth of your business over time. This section is available for locations with point-of-sale (POS) data feeds.

Market share

The market share chart compares the number of households surrounding the store location with the number of households that have visited the store.
Note: This chart may be impacted by seasonality and/or the radius that is being targeted by campaigns.

New customers

The new customers chart shows the portion of your newly converted customers that were directly acquired from DripDrop Marketing campaigns. You may use this chart to discuss additional growth opportunities with your DripDrop representative. This chart displays when your locations are running new customer, new mover, or holiday/one-time campaigns. See the article on campaign types for more details.

Reactivated customers

The reactivated customers chart shows the portion of your lapsed/lost customers that have returned to the store because of DripDrop Marketing campaigns. You may use this chart to discuss additional growth opportunities with your DripDrop representative. This chart displays when your locations are running lost customer campaigns. See the article on campaign types for more details.

Average visits (or other) per day

This chart comes in different forms, based on the type of business of a location.

Average cars per day

For auto dealerships, car washes, repair shops, and oil change facilities, the daily average will be more specific than visits per household. For example, if two vehicles from the same home are serviced at a car wash on the same day, that would count as 1 household visit but 2 separate vehicle visits. Using this more precise metric helps you to see how many individual vehicles are being serviced as a result of your campaigns.

Average customers per day

For dispensaries, the daily average will be more specific than visits per household. For example, if two customers from the same home visit a dispensary on the same day, that would count as 1 household visit but 2 separate customer visits. Using this more precise metric helps you to see how many individual customers are being serviced as a result of your campaigns.

Average visits per day

For all other types of businesses, the average visits per day chart will show the daily average of households that are visiting the store location. Over time, additional specific metrics similar to average cars and average customers may be made available for other markets.

Ticket average

The ticket average chart shows a year-over-year trend of average ticket totals.
