The Location details screen provides an overview of a location's campaigns. This page is divided into a few key sections.
This first section includes the following:
- Location ID
Store ID
- Location address
Store location address
- POS provider (POS only)
Point-of-sale (POS) provider name and account code - Total budget
Amount being spent per month in non-metered campaigns - Tags
Existing tags used to group or categorize locations - Data connection status (POS only)
This indicator will show whether the location's POS data feed connection is active or not
You may update the location's linked tags by clicking/tapping into the tag field and selecting one or more available tags. You may also create new tags for custom groupings by clicking/tapping on the "create a new tag" link and following the instructions on the form.
General metrics
The metrics in this section are similar to those seen on the Overview and Campaign details screens.
- Stats for locations with point-of-sale (POS) data feeds
- Total rev gen
Total amount of revenue generated from all location campaigns over the past 12 months, with the change from the same metric 30 days prior - Total visits
Total number of customer visits from all location campaigns over the past 12 months, with the change from the same metric 30 days prior - Total responses
Total number of households that have responded to all location campaigns over the past 12 months, with the change from the same metric 30 days prior - New customers
Total customers that responded to your location's new customer campaigns over the past 12 months, with the change from the same metric 30 days prior
- Invalid addresses
The percentage of invalid customer addresses at your location
- Stats for non-POS locations
- Total postcards mailed
Total number of cards mailed for all location campaigns over the past 12 months, with the change from the same metric 30 days prior
Campaigns
This list of campaigns is specific to your selected location. Options are similar to that of the
Campaigns list screen.
Customer map (POS only)
This map displays the addresses of customer households and overlays it with your selected timeframe of lapsed customers. Lapsed customers are those that have not made recent purchases and are at risk of being considered lost. Click/tap on the timeframe dropdown to select a lapse duration. The map will update to show the customer households that have not purchased in that period of time.
Trends (POS only)
This section performs the same as the
Trends screen for the selected location. See the
