The Campaign details screen provides an overview of the setup and results of a campaign. This page is divided into a few key sections.
This first section includes the following:
- Campaign artwork
- Campaign type
- Media
- Budget
This value will not show for metered campaigns. - Number of cards
For new customer campaigns, this will show the number of cards sent out per week. This value will not show for metered campaigns. - Current distance
This is the radius around the store location that is being targeted in campaign mailings. This value will not show for lost customer campaigns, as the radius is based on the location of lapsed customers.
- Start date
- Status or end date
If the campaign is still active, the "Active" status will display. However, if the campaign is inactive, the campaign's end date will show.

Hover over (or tap, on a tablet device) the campaign artwork image to switch between the front and back designs.
General metrics
The metrics in this section are similar to those seen on the Overview and Location details screens.
- Stats for locations with point-of-sale (POS) data feeds
- Total rev gen
Total amount of revenue generated from the campaign over the past 12 months, with the change from the same metric 30 days prior - Return on ad spend
Also known as ROAS; this value shows your return on DripDrop investment by calculating the amount of revenue generated per $1 spent - Ticket average
Average amount spent by a customer per purchase over the past 12 months of the campaign
- Total responses
Total number of households that have responded to the campaign over the past 12 months, with the change from the same metric 30 days prior - Total visits
Total number of customer visits following the campaign (responses + repeat visits), with the change from the same metric 30 days prior - Total postcards mailed
Total number of cards mailed for the campaign over the past 12 months, with the change from the same metric 30 days prior
- Stats for non-POS locations
- Total postcards mailed
Total number of cards mailed for the campaign over the past 12 months, with the change from the same metric 30 days prior
Trade area mailing map
This map displays the addresses that are mailed to over time. For POS-enabled locations, responses can also be seen.
Campaign visits & history
This section displays the past 12 months of events that have occurred for the campaign.
For both POS and non-POS locations, the history timeline displays campaign start/stop dates and the dates of key changes to the campaign (e.g., budget changes, artwork changes). And for POS-enabled locations, the "campaign visits" chart shows the count of campaign-related store visits by month. The campaign events are also placed on the chart as milestones, so you can see the impact of these changes on store visits.
